A reference remains attributable to its contributor. Khaya records how the relationship and response were corroborated, keeps fact separate from opinion and gives the tenant a visible response path.
What a verified reference carries
- How the referee contact was obtained and controlled
- The exact questions, answers and source timestamps
- Corroboration of the property and tenancy relationship
- Positive, neutral, contested and unavailable facts
- The tenant explanation, dispute and amendment trail
Case-specific first
The launch reference is invited for a named application and disclosed to that applicant.
Portable by release
The tenant can release a signed, expiring History Share to a named recipient.
Corrections append
The original provenance stays visible and a resolved amendment becomes a new version.
