Your evidence, visible to you
A check should not happen behind your back.
You receive the requester, property, purpose, requested sources and recipient before you consent. You can pause, ask for help and see the resulting evidence.
See and correct
Access, correction, explanation and dispute are free. A contested fact shows its source and your response while it is resolved.
Missing is not negative
No response, thin files, unsupported documents and cash income routes are handled as missing or alternative evidence—not adverse shortcuts.
Control sharing
A History Share or future Tenant Pass names the recipient, scope, purpose and expiry. It does not silently refresh underlying sources.
